Problem using BOINC with windows 7

I have a problem using BOINC under windows 7 because when I run it, the project won't start and show me "suspended - user active". Although I have restart the application and reinstall for a few times.

Hello mingjack,
"suspended - user active" means your profile is set to suspend BOINC when the user is active. Go to My Grid and select Maximum Output to eliminate that. Better paste your Messages tab here if you continue to have problems after rebooting.
