I have a Cancer WU that, for over a week, has been unable to be uploaded. Other WUs get uploaded with no problem - is there a code problem? Can I delete it (by now its probably old news anyway)? What should I do?

Try going to to the Transfer tab while in Advanced mode, select the file that is stuck and click "Transfer Now".
If it does not transfer please go to the messages tab and copy the last few lines back here (they should tell us something about what is wrong). |
