There's already a thread for it here -> Update Fail thus, it's already been noted and reported... I personally don't think it's very easy to find new threads, especially about reported issues. I guess members should just assume that someone is doing something about it? Of course it could just be the forum format, or that Scottish accent that makes the quoted text appear overly curt to me. ![]() |

I personally don't think it's very easy to find new threads, especially about reported issues. I guess members should just assume that someone is doing something about it? No. If the statistics update fail, this is a problem of the website, not a BOINC agent problem. So you will find the right thread most probably in the website forum, not in the this forum about BOINC Agent Support ![]() |

I personally don't think it's very easy to find new threads, Quite easy. At the top of every forum page there is a "Recent Threads" button. Most useful for topical threads. Presents posts in time order so just scan down until the event occurrence - in this case back to 0000hrs UTC. Cheers. |

So it was the 13th, the knowledge withheld if we did a 300 CPU year Sunday. ;>)
----------------------------------------Looked in the My Grid > My Statistics > My Statistics History which is the very first part to update, not the timestamp which happens at very end, and that piece did not happen, so it appears the job must have failed right at the start. As noted, it was Sunday night, so don't think you'll be seeing a refresh until after 08:00 AM Great Lakes time. At any rate, the system monitors generate auto messages when critical processes fail and wake up a duty tech.

What med(s) do you use for such a late reaction ;O)
----------------------------------------The crew woke and put a note in the Known Issues notification section. edit: btw, don't know but with a nightly being run shortly expect a time out to the stats access.
