Re: Update fail?

Yep. There's definitely a problem. From what I can see, nothing on the My Grid page updated at all. It's like nothing ran, not some parts of the process ran and others didn't. Depending on how soon the admins find out about it, we could see something in an hour or two. If not, it could be a while.

Re: Update fail?

Not really a problem.
The work units are still being processed normally, so crunching on.

Re: Update fail?

Known Issues has been updated. Kevin's on this now so he'll have things fixed soon enough. Interestingly, I had been wondering about the possibility if the process could set some flag/set of flags at the start that would get reset when key points get completed. If any of the flags are still set at then end of the process, it could send out a text message and the admins would know that something probably went wrong. However, it appears that this time, the process never even started so this kind of approach wouldn't have helped. Hmm, maybe a text that confirms the start in combination? They'd know the process started and then no news would be good news. Given the minimal staffing they have though, it's an approach that could get old for Kevin what with his phone beeping from the text(s). biggrin
