Glad to have crunched for CEP. Hopefully, the data provides the information you seek. Ready for CEP 2.

I crunched one work unit for this project at the beginning of my account here. Glad I could contribute such at the end. Looking forward to more advanced stages.

Re: CEP1 Finished! Thank you Everyone =)

It is so cool that we can have such a positive effect on human promoting research by supporting BOINC. I wonder as a whole if we are more powerful, more teraflops, than the most powerful super computer?

Judson, here you go - have a look in this thread The 300 Teraflop Machine is here!

In terms of BOINC projects, I do believe WCG is second only to SETI

The performance of the most powerful supercomputers are published at
http://www.top500.org
The most powerful one is an IBM Roadrunner with a peak performance of 1456704 GFlops - or 1456.704 TFlops.
This Supercomupter has 129600 Cores of PowerXCell 8i Processors at 3200 MHz plus some Opterons.
Yes, this Supercomputer is much faster than our entire grid - but this may change biggrin

Getting a bit off topic from this thread's original intent, but posted this in the AIDS news thread about RoadRunner:
