I've send a mail to support and a few other addresses, even though auto-monitors should have alerted the duty crew. Hope it's not a fest up in the USoA

That's all that can be done. Not phoning home yet... got 8 hours as lowest cache left on one device.

The WCG servers are in Montreal now arn't they? It's Thankgiving long weekend in Canada now, hopefully onsite intervention isn't required. :(

Poor mom. Kevin wrote in from his long weekend away location that his cell was charging at her bedside during the night and receiving the alerts whilst all were asleep and he being out of earshot. The word was at 15:01 CET:

Work is loading now. All projects have work available for clients now although HCMD2 will only have work for 'reliable' hosts for the next couple of hours. Once that is sent out it will be back to normal.

Please post your log messages... the once where the client automatically was asking for work and not those when you hit the update button. Very often the reply with these is 'zero requested, zero sent".

edit: Messages such as these, when doing it manually usually give this:
