Yes, congratulations Brazil.
----------------------------------------Once I heard that it'd gotten down to just the two (Madrid and Rio), I was pretty sure that it'd be going to South America for the very first time - as, after all, Madrid is just too close to London (who are the hosts in 2012).  |

----------------------------------------I've been to Chicago many times and I'm not even sure why they were on the list. The fact that they were the first ones voted out shows that the IOPC has the same opinion as I do. WTG Brazil!
