The only rule I really don't like is this:
----------------------------------------"Please do not start Flame Wars in the Forums, as this will not be tolerated" Flame Wars are good. I was in a communist country up until 1990 and the Communist Party had the exact same rule - no hot discussion. God forbid to have an opinion and to try to check that opinion trough argumentative dialog. I say WCG should change that rule in: "Please do start Flame Wars in the Forums, as this will be more than tolerated" Thank God that in reality the Forum is that way ![]() |

Understanding your perspective, I would agree. However, flame wars and vigorous discussion of a topic are two very different things. Flame wars are disrespectful, intolerant and downright rude. In a world of 6+ billion people, it will all too easy to find a topic that folks will strongly disagree on. There is nothing wrong with that in these forums as long as that is done with respect. Debate the topic, not the debaters.
