I have it and a few more have it and could put it on a torrent such as emule maybe to get it started, but only briefly. The xpc page where I got it reads

"The RosettaView (RV) Program is released as freeware, you are free to copy it, upload it, share it and store it on media etc. The only exception is that you must not reverse engineer it, de-compile it, alter it, or claim that it is your own work.",

so see no particular objection in doing so. Let me see if I can download it from myself via this mechanism and hold if someone kicks me in the groin before telling how/where to get it. And still, it's use will be at your own risk ;>)
