I have recently found that my WUs get to about 4 to 5 hours with 80%

HCMD is different from other WUs in that it has a *soft* cutoff time which I think now is at 6 hours ... once it reaches 6 hours, if you are at least 60% complete it will let you finish, if < 60% it will stop and return the results you have finished. It looks like you are passing the 60% test but then are running into difficult calculations (which is the reason for the cutoff to begin with ... they don't want WUs with difficult calcs to take too long on your PC)) which is causing the estimate to completion to change. All perfectly normal and working accoring to WCG's plan :-)

Next time I check, it says 50% The same one(s) or a subsequent one? HCMD2 WUs are very variable in duration. Also there is the cut at 6 hours if less than 60 % of the work has been done. So a WU which started as just below the 60 % line will have its percentage computed and shown on this basis, i.e. 66.666 % after 4 hours. Now if the computations start to speed up because they are easier this same WU will pass the 60 % line and the percentage will be computed based on a complete job, i.e. about 10 hours, and it will show about 50 % after 5 hours of runtime. Most of my WUs completes usually between 6 and 11 hours, so I'm not complaining that they don't finish.
