Does the URL change or not when a challenge change from upcoming- to current- and at last to past challenge?

Track the ID number to test this on any random challenge that's about to start. Don't think it does.

No I don't have any reason too think that the URL will change. But I was making the collection tread on all the monthly races and was curious if I could put in the active and the planned team challenge in that tread, or if I had too wait until it was finished.
