My Grid web page

On the My Grid web page, the Points System link doesn't do anything.

Re: My Grid web page Points not working

Strange, here it brings up a Help page with multiple sections on the Points topic.

This is the link. Iy you click on in do you get there?

https://secure.worldcommunitygrid.org/help/viewTopic.do?shortName=points

Maybe the redirect needs to be set in your browser or the secure/not secure mix. I had to.

Edit: Presume you tested the System Requirement link above it and the Member policy below too?

Re: My Grid web page Points not working

That link works for me.

I get to the failing link by selecting the World Community Grid project in the 64-bit 6.6.36 BOINC manager, Projects tab, and then clicking on My Grid, then the Points System link.

I don't know what you mean by redirect or secure/not secure mix. How do they apply to Internet Explorer 8 under 64-bit Vista SP2?

The System Requirements link on the same page fails the same way.

The Member Policy link failed a different way at first, but now works.

Re: My Grid web page Points not working

What URL does it show in your browser when you get the error?

Re: My Grid web page Points not working

It still shows:

https://secure.worldcommunitygrid.org/ms/viewMyMemberPage.do

No error message - as if clicking on the link was ignored.

Also happens on my machine with 32-bit Vista Home Premium SP2
and IE8.

Re: My Grid web page Points not working

How do you check if Javascript is enabled, and how do you change it?

Jscript update already applied on both machines; did not affect the problem.
