still no herpes projects
for a virus that has been linked to cancer, aids and alzheimers, i wonder why there aren't any projects aimed at herpes.

In order for there to be a project here they need to have a certain goal for which this sort of approach makes sense. A lot of things just don't lend themself to a computational solution and physical evidence is always required.

You can rest assured though that some things such as predicted protein structures are almost certainly being looked at and used by researchers in this field.
