exited with zero status but no 'finished' file

About the problem:

27-8-2009 16:57:13 World Community Grid Task HFCC_t1_01868457_TrkB_0003_0 exited with zero status but no 'finished' file
27-8-2009 16:57:13 World Community Grid. If this happens repeatedly you may need to reset the project.

I am running WCG on a 2004 Shuttle XPC with 2 GB of memory with Windows XP SP3.

I noticed the following:
* I have my machine load set for 80% for WCG when no other work is running.
* My machine is running day and night also during holidays.
* Depending the task to be done, my system clock is running much faster than normal.
* This can be up to 6 minutes in 24 hours.
* In spite of the fact that the clock job tells me that it is synchronising automatically every week, it synchronises regularly whenever the clock is more then 1 minute ahead
* I have no full control over the 'yes' of 'no' automatic synchronising.
* Every time the synchronisation takes place, the message 'exited...etc' is generated.
* If the updating of time is not done automatically but by hand and the clock is set more than 1 minute backwards, the same message appears.

So the generation of this message is caused through the clock being set backwards.
Why a system clock is running faster under heavy load is not known to me. Also, I do not know why one system is more sensitive for the clock running faster under heavy load than another machine.

Re: exited with zero status but no 'finished' file

Hello PCHooft,
That 'zero status' message does not bother me as long as the result validates.
