I have 2 or 3 results that have been pending validation for upwards of 8 days. I the problem on my end or is the issue elsewhere? Thanks for your input...

More likely the problem is at the WCG server and has nothing to do with you. It has been reported several times recently.
You can request that the validation be forced or you can continue to wait - usually it runs after 10 days on its own. |

In the next website update we are going to be providing a button that you can use to force workunits that possibly 'should' be validated but are stuck for some reason. The button will only show if you have a legitimate result available to be validated and if min_quorum has been met.
We have tried a number of ways to automate the discovery of the issues but the SQL query is simply too resource intensive for us to use. Once we update the server code to the latest from BOINC and if the problem continues after that, then we will review the code to determine if we can fix the core issue. |

Thanks for the replies. I never even knew you could check the status on WU's, so when I did and found 4-5 that are in limbo, it made me wonder what else I don't know about this BOINC system.
