Looks like there was a blip. It should be running fine right now. -Uplinger Was getting a transient error but it finally went through. Hopefully all is well again.

i have had that problem before (about once a week one of my computers gets it) the solution i have is i reboot the computer it seems to work..
----------------------------------------most the time though the problem will sort itself out.. i do not believe i have lost any work do to this problem.. mabey a little sanity now and then... but most the time a quick reboot dose the trick |

This situation has nothing to do with the client side, it's all on the server side.
----------------------------------------The client only has to (and will) retry the transaction which could not be satisfied by the server. Therefore, no need to reboot or whatever else. Cheers. Jean. |

This issue is caused by the db load being temporarily too high. This most often occurs during the database backups. The db backups are scheduled for 5:30 UTC on Sunday, Wednesday and Friday mornings.
However, some of our other processes to do things like compute the estimated duration of the workunits also can cause load on the db that causes those messages to occur. They are temporary and rarely last more then 10 minutes. If they are continually being generated for a period longer then that we are notified via email. |
