Well does anyone watch Glenn Beck? Given the ratings numbers, it would seem quite a few. Beyond that, well, I'd end up getting started on another topic for the Chat forum. Kieth it was good to talk to you--i think its worked out now--let you know more later |

On another note, I sure am getting sick of smelling the smoke from the Station Fire. I got to work this morning, and there was ash all over the sidewalks and parking lots. We are 30 miles away (as the crow flies), so I can't imagine what it's like even closer. I hear you. I am only 9 miles (same flying crow) from the 49 Fire.  Luckly I am upwind. At least it is 50% contained now.Hey DM, good to hear from you again. The fire that's nailing us is the one by Acton and it's still way out of control. Even when the smoke is blowing a different direction, the smell is still in the air. I was just telling a friend a few weeks ago how mild the summer was, and no fires! So much for that!

I still cant get my 260 to work. But i hear there has been a lot of trouble with them I wish I had some more ideas for you. You have nothing O/C'd, right? I think I asked about your power supply - I don't remember what your entire system is now, but that card needs a lot of clean power. I have enough room in my case for a second power supply, so I have a 450 watt in there just for the video card and some fans. A good stable 750 watt power supply for an entire system should work fine. But a good stable 750 watt power supply is going to cost upwards of $110.

Hi Keith, Lawrence, you fully recovered now? I am fully recovered from my infection. I still don't have much energy, but the doctors have explained that I am suffering from anemia and have prescribed a hormone that tells my bone marrow to produce more red blood cells.I should be hard at work moving from my apartment to my older sister's home (realistically my health is too uncertain to continue to live by myself) but I do a dab of work and then spend the next day napping. Still, considering, I am doing well! Lawrewnce Mostly good news, some bad news. It's not like we can be all that picky at our age. As long as there's more good than bad, life is good.  |

Gerald, if it's the "mvnForum Fatal Error Message : Cannot init system. Reason : Assertion in OnlineUserFactoryImpl." error, that's a known problem that occurs from time to time. They're working on it.
