confused Where can I find older clients? [ need linux non glibc2.4 one ]

I see that boinc 5.2 stopped working for me - it says "5.4 is required".

From this website, I downloaded latest greatest version 6 something ...
that tells me "glibc 2.4" is required.

I dont have root permission on that linux box; and would prefer to simply
install a not-so-new-not-so-glibc24-requiring boinc ... instead of trying
to have a "local" install of glibc24 in my user space.

But i couldnt find any source for older linux clients ... anyone any idea?

Thank you.

You got any idea which version is the newest NOT using glibc2.4?

A quick oogle suggests 5.8 uses this lib, which then fast forwards you to 5.4.11. Recent posts on these forums confirm it's successfully still running WCG, albeit with features like automatic redundant work cancellation missing.

Note that the min 5.4 requirement is for WCG because of SSL use.
