In the past I had setup 2 accounts: one for desktops and one for servers. I Stopped using this account a while ago. Is there any way that i could get this account joined to my main account, Nick-MMX?

No, but if you keep the same email address in both, the 3rd party stats sites, not all, will bring them together. Seemingly BOINCstats is not. They only import the first record that has a given CPID that's generated off an email address (to keep it confidential).
