Take the days you need to get from Ruby to Emerald and divide that by the number of job days you compute / report daily as average and you know how long it will take to get to your target. Sample:

Emerald required: 365 days
Done: 190 days
To Do: 175 days
CPU days daily: 4 cores at 60% efficiency [throttle ops e.g.] = 2.4 days
Time needed: 175 / 2.4 = Calendar 73 days.

Would throttle be set to 100% CPU time, then it is 175 / 4 = +/-45 Calendar days, crunching 24/7.

At any rate, HCC is as worthy a cause as any other project. Badges are for fun, the bling part and the precious to others.
