Let me suggest that you post "Tell your Friends" letters in languages other than English. I would love to send these letters to many of my friends and relatives who don“t speak English and who I think could be interested in joining. The problem right now is that even after choosing another language, the templates for the three types of letters remain in English. I think that would be an easy fix.

A good idea, but these letters are fit to an american audience.
A call for supporting humanitarian causes should be, according to my experience of french writer, presented in another way. It looks too much like an ordinary spam. I guess thus that these letters should be sent by the crunchers themselves. A letter sent by an unknown organization has a very high probability to be thrown without being read. If WCG is interested, I could try to write letters in french and propose them as models for french potential crunchers. (I could possibly do this during the summer) What do you think ? |

I think the more culture shaped letters in native language certainly would do better than straight translations, to that I fully agree. Already there is a choice of 3 on offer for the different audiences.
