Looking at other threads about this subject, it has been solid for 24 hours which I would not define as 'temporary', a couple of hours maybe I would. So we are still waiting for a Tech to actually let us know what is happening.

Looking back in the Messages tabs it appears they slowly increase the wait times between requests (like, 1 min, 1 min, 1 min, 2 min, 4 min, 10 min, 2 min, 10 min, 15 min, 1 hour, 1 hour, then back to checking every minute).

If everyone that's running just HCMD2 is out of work the servers might be getting hammered with requests... so I told my slowest 3 cores 'no new tasks' on the Projects tab.

They're not due to add other projects until the end of the month, and I'm not going to micromanage the schedule. ;-)

Have temporarily abandoned pursuing gold (silver is in pv) and just opened up to other projects to get my year in each. Did try just using the 'send work from other projects...' option but I just got swamped with faah and hpf2 which is annoying since I already have a year and a half on these!
Have managed to get a few HCMD2 wu's but its only a trickle

The moment one senses there's no supply for the fav project, simply reduce the cache/additional buffer to very low ... e.g. 0.01 and keep that 'alternate work' option ticked so the device stays busy without backfilling days of work. Then when the project returns set the Cache/AB back to normal. This way only the current job needs finishing before returning to modus normalus.

And, still getting occasional CEP and HCMD2 work, FLU filling in the gaps, for now.
