Re: can't get any more work.

All five of my HCMD2 dedicated machines began getting the "no work available; check settings" messages ~4:30pm (US Central Time) and continue to get that as of now, which is 10:30pm. So that is at least 6 hours of nothing coming along. They will all be running out of work; anywhere from 2 hours to 6 hours depending upon system.

Re: can't get any more work.

For the moment can only suggest to:

1. Cut the cache/additional buffer short to for instance 0.1 days
2. Choose an additional project, or
3. Set the alternate work option in My Projects, so the device will still be able contribute the spare cycles until new supply of HCMD2 is released.

From other threads, there is another version update in the making to better log progress on tasks with very tough 'positions'

Thank you for your patience.

Re: can't get any more work.

An enormous number of WUs started to go out 14 days ago with 14-day deadlines (why so long, for 1-hour WUs, you have to wonder!) and then never got returned. Anyhow, the makeup WUs for those are starting to be sent as the deadlines are exceeded.

Do as Sekerob said and keep a short cache. I've received 2 of those in the last few hours.

Re: can't get any more work.
