Re: Change BOINCs reaction on results returned with delay in order to save participants CPU time?

I like the way the abort code works. Where I see a big difference happening is where a cruncher loads up on a single project (did you say BETA?) but other crunchers finish their WU first. I won't go off topic here but it naturally leads back to a discussion on the benefits of a small buffer size. Nice work.

Re: Change BOINCs reaction on results returned with delay in order to save participants CPU time?

Hello,
I agree that the fact, that if WCC grid will check the results of the benchmark and the habits
of the computer user (computer is normally turned on x hours a day) and send out work units with a size that takes in accout these two parameters will increase wccs efficiency.
Thank you for the good answer
