Device Manager none

I've download Windows ® (6.2.28) Client from the Web Home Page. After installed and put in the exceptions of Win firewall, it works fine, but results are not display on My grid web page and all stat are set to none. My device manager display nothing and Device Profiles is Default. This is the situation, it's frustrating....Help

Re: Device Manager none

Look in My Grid > Result Status. Long as jobs have not completed and been reported [fully automatic, long as internet/network connection is active] to get turned from In Progress to Valid, you'll not see anything on the My Grid Statistics page.

Re: Device Manager none

The other common cause for this problem is when members register twice by accident.

Make sure you are using a single account.

Re: Device Manager none

That is not what Didactylos is suggesting.

What Didactylos means is that you might have already created two accounts (possibly by accident). The first account is used in the Boinc client to get work and send results, while you use the 2nd account to log in. If your device manager shows no devices it is 99.99% sure this is your problem. Check in your Boinc client what account you are using inthere, being very carefull with regards to spelling.

ok, thank's, now I'm understanding the question. Could you help me in looking for where is the name of the account in the Boinc client? I just get a look in the program directory but I find only files .DLL or .EXE, no .TXT or similar...

Re: Device Manager none

annamussutii, it is a good idea to only open one thread for your problem. That way we don't have to answer everything twice.

Your question is answered here: http://www.worldcommunitygrid.org/forums/wcg/viewthread?thread=25677#230458

Ok, I'll got it!
It's in the Projects label of the Boinc program, sometime I feel myself a little Goofy :))
Tomorrow I will post the result, now I'm not at home...
Thank you for now
