HTTP error when downloading workunit

I get the following error in my Messages tab:

Temporarily failed download of E000588_872B_002b0300n_restart3.rst.gzb: http error

and it backs off for a bit only to fail again. It's been failing for approximately 4+ hours now while other CEP downloads have succeeded just fine.

If this is an isolated problem, you can abort the transfer. If not, let us know.
