Is there something new to the conversion question of UD points to Boinc Credits?
I am getting back to discussion: http://www.worldcommunitygrid.org/forums/wcg/viewthread?thread=20933#171081 Didactylos: "We know. This has been on the todo list for longer than I can remember. Hopefully now UD is dead and gone, things like this can be dealt with." Thanks for any info. r |

Maybe the reason is that it is really important for crunchers. There is always better job to do if there is no will to do re-union of credits. Try to think about it.

"Try to think about it"? Not today, for all the possible thoughts on this were spent long before and the decision on how to do it long made.

I am glad they decided to place launching new projects as a higher priority than point conversions. I am glad they put moving to a new data center ahead of point conversions. Without these kinds of activities we might have nothing to crunch
 Would point conversion be nice? Yes, but I am more interested in the science. My guess is that when the time comes, all conversions (UD/ WCG/ BOINC) will likely happen together  Keep on Crunchin  Steve |
