My processing is stuck on this message...any idea what's causing this problem? Maybe zonealarm?

Well...here's the problem. I installed the program under windows 2000 under an account using admin rights, but when I change the account to a restricted user, it seems the program cannot process properly. How can I run the program as a restricted user? Thanks.

I'm having the same issue and have already tried disabling my firewall. I'm able to download some 4mbytes of data but after that only ht e "Unable to process..." message.

I got it fixed...I had to go add my account to allow full access/modify to the world community grid folder.
