I have 2 Beta 6.1 Beta_CMD2 WUs that started with time to completion of 25h, but the estimated time to completion is increasing. After 13 hours elapsed time, the one now has an estimated time to completion of 47 hours, and I'm worried that I have a perpetual motion type WU here. Will it ever complete? The 2nd WU is displaying a smilar trend, and the ETA is now 32hours. Any advice?

Is it making progress? When did it last checkpoint?

Is it making progress? When did it last checkpoint? Pardon my ignorance - where can I find out if it's checkpointed? (I can't find anything in the messages that looks like a checkpoint) |

(I can't find anything in the messages that looks like a checkpoint) I have a similar situation on my P4 machine... it started with an estimate of 16 hours or so and it's now at 17:25 with 74.4% complete. But the Progress (that's the name of the column in Advanced view) percentage is still increasing. Possibly that's what Didactylos was asking? My AMD machines seem to be finishing the beta WU's faster than their initial estimates, by the way. |

I currently have two beta tasks running. The first one, BETA_CMD2_0001-PP1BA.clustersOccur-VINCA.clustersOccur_12, currently at 54% after 3hrs but the second one, BETA_CMD2_0001-PP1BA.clustersOccur-TPM1A.clustersOccur_31, is at 3.1% after 4hrs.

OK - I'll move over to the new thread - in the meantime, I can report tjat the progress indicatror is moving up, but the time to completion also keeps moving up - right now ther one WU says 11% progress, 51 hours to completion!!!!
