Aborting in progress WU's from defective computer

I recently built a new computer that will primarily run WCG projects. The problem is the first motherboard turned out to be defective shortly after WCG was installed and running WU's from CEG, HFCC and NRW. A different motherboard was replaced, and the computer was rebuilt with the same computer/WCG device name. The WU's from the first motherboard is still listed as "in progress" and will never be completed by the original computer setup. Can the old WU's from the defective motherboard be aborted and recycled as the other quorum member are either PV or soon will be PV on those WU's (Yes, I now have the same device name appearing twice under the device manager area)? Is there any way to abort these WU's?
I am open to any ideas or suggestions. Thank you.
