I seem to have some missing results for my CEP crunching.... I'm fairly new to all this, so it could be me missing something very basic, but I can't seem to work it out.
When I look in My Results, I only seem to get 1 Vaild WU for CEP. Yet My Statistics shows that I have returned 4 valid results and been given credit for them. All the 4 are quite recent (these recent B WUs). I don't understand where these other 3 have gone!  Counting up my Rice units, these also seem to have some missing. Is this a bug, or do they get removed from your list. If they do get removed, why is this? Sorry if I'm being a n00b!  |

Hello softstag,
The results you return show up on My Grid - Results Status. They stay on the Results Status page (explained in http://www.worldcommunitygrid.org/forums/wcg/viewthread?thread=6105 ) for 4 days after they have been validated. Once validated, the credits show up in your statistics. There are several ways that credits can be delayed. Normally this just means that a result is in Pending Validation status after being returned, waiting for another copy to be returned or waiting for the validation process to run. Lawrence |

Thanks Lawrence for your clear and concise reply.
I was being a n00b!  I do think it would be good if someone could collate all this little quirks in to a FAQ though. I couldn't find this info anywhere, so just assumed all results should show there. |

Softstag, there is a FAQ room in the Support section on the main forum page And in the FAQ room there is even a Start Here Forum Frequently Asked Questions Index to help you find things in the FAQs (there are so many now). What you are looking for is item 1.V in the current version of this index. Lots of interesting things to read there for newcomers who want to know more.
