May've made that offer too soon - power company took everything down overnight, so there'll be a distinct glitch in the stats while everything including the coffee pot climbs back on line and comes up to speed.

Shiney was set to NOT run Boinc on battery so you shouldn't have lost anything, and Battery drain should have been minimal...that's why I set it up that way
