We are experiencing an issue with communications over SSL. Members will see error reports in the message tab of the BOINC client or if using the website they will see messages indicating that a web page cannot be displayed.

This issue is confirmed as a repeat of the previous issue. We are opening a ticket with the vendor of the load balancer. We are now running on our backup load balancer and you should be able to run as normal now.

This error has started to occur again in the past 45 minutes. We are working on it now.

We are making progress. At this particular moment members should have full access. We will be testing a few more changes to hopefully get to the permanent fix so their may be short outages (of a few seconds)

This issue has been resolved for now. We have made some changes that Cisco says they believe will resolve the issue for the long term. We hope that they are correct.

Cisco was not correct and the issue has returned. We are going to be failing over to our backup load balancer shortly.

The issue is resovled for now. We will continue to work with Cisco on the root cause of this repeating issue.
