Intel 80 core supercomputer on a chip(~1 teraflop sec) at 62 watts

Intel calls this new order they are designing "the era of tera" which promises to bring tera-flop level performance down to the consumer level.

It will enable real time voice translation, artificial intelligence, cars that drive themselves, realtime GPU rendering in photorealistic games.,etc

Intel claims this technology might be available in just 2012, but I wouldn't hold my breath on that.
