Tasks don't report immediately. Usually it isn't something you need to worry about, since the client will ensure tasks are always reported before the deadline.

Re: It's still not working
It will clear the Ready to Report latest within 24 hours of completion, but mostly when new work is fetched. If it's not clearing Ready to Report specifically after a work fetch or 24 hours have passed, yet uploading the Result files that pass through the Transfer tab, then you need to repost a current message log from BOINC.
