Re: so much easier to do

Morning all, Like Merle, lots to do and no inclination to do it. Ah well here goes...

Ah,ah! I was in the middle of my ironing, and hating every moment, when a friend turned up very unexpectantly, and persuaded me to go out with her for lunch (I didn't need much coercing!!). Just arrived back home (nearly 4.00 pm) and there is NO WAY I am going to do my ironing now!! So that (and the layer of dust everywhere) will have to wait until tomorrow now!! wink biggrin

Re: so much easier to do

Greetings all.

Overcast but mild for the weekly supermarket run.

I don't know that we have many Irish around here but several pubs seem to be fighting for the extra boozing.

Welcome back, Scribe smile
Overcast, just enough wind for the birch branches to move, still a springish 6.5C.

Here's to good Irish friends
Never above you

May the Irish hills caress you.
May her lakes and rivers bless you.
May the luck of the Irish enfold you.

Re: so much easier to do

Evening all

Damp and dark skies here but mild enough to not feel too considered.

Meanwhile, F1 starts in the opposite of the other half of the world. I'm still interested but still wonder why I should be sympathetic to one group of who can represent the UK and live in the sun and avoid the tax on which we survive.

Re: so much easier to do

Good Morning!
Overcast, no wind, 6C
- brunch with Upstairs Yvonne coming up at
Holmegaard Park
which used to be the glassworks where I worked,
now an "entertainment center" with outlet stores, candy making and lots more
tongue - the best for me is that the buildings are still there and are taken well care of
as the history starts at AD 1825 when we lost Norway and had to start making glass ourselves

- same colours - different design biggrin
