Re: Re:

Evening all

At last the rain has stopped but it's not much warmer.

Increased internet security is all very well but I am now having a battle to get into one of my bank accounts because of the additional security stages they've introduced. A password is no longer enough as one has to go through several stages of remembered passwords and personal information. I think I shall soon go back to actually visiting the bank; it may be quicker.

Good morning everyone.
If it's any consolation Ivan, this has hit me too! They have even sent me a card reader,
Insert the card, read the random number it generates. Type the number into the computer, answer two security questions, Do it all again because you forgot the correct answers - repeat it again because you forgot the number generated by the card reader - put card reader back in it's box, start the car, drive six miles to the bank and BINGO its closed!
Charlie Chaplin couldn't have dreamt up a better plot for a film.

Re: Re:

Evening all

A cool and breezy day here with the prospects for the week not being very great. I may well need a raincoat and umbrella on Thursday when the Test match is scheduled to start.
