WU E000398_898A_002c0f00u error

This work unit was processed by my machine and by another machine. Both of our results have the status of error. this wu is now running on two other users machines.

Sounds familar to me. sad

If any indication on previous threads reporting this error, basically what will happen is that a total of 7 attempts will be made to do this batch and all 7 will result in error. And then the scientists will have to figure out what happened.

I may have gotten ahead of myself with my speculation. Can you post the contents of the message log and also the result status so we can verify that this is a known problem and that my speculation is correct?

Hello Nickers,
If the molecule does not converge to a solution but oscillates between different solutions, the program returns an error.
