BOINC: How to stop fetching work and finish tasks in progress.

There are a variety of reasons why members may want to stop retrieving new work, for instance to prepare for a business trip, holiday, clean client install or a decommissioning or upgrading an old computer. A 4 step action achieves this as shown below.
When done, hit the Update button to clear any Ready to Report completed tasks.
