Ok, this may seem like a stupid question to the old hands here, but how do we identify beta work units? Are they marked "beta" somewhere in the names or are the distinctions more subtle?
----------------------------------------Before someone gives a complete and exhaustive lecture on the topic, I understand the concept of "beta" work quite well. I just want to know how to identify those specific units in my work cue. ![]() Currently being moderated under false pretences [Edit 1 times, last edit by Dark Angel at Jan 21, 2009 7:50:39 AM] |

Hello Dark Angel,
Yes, they are identified as 'beta' in their name. There is no way to be confused or in doubt. Lawrence |

In Boinc Manager their Application name (column on the left of the Name column) is Beta testing.
----------------------------------------In your Results Status page on the website you can use the Project Name filter to confirm, or look at their Quorum details by clicking on their name. Cheers. Jean. |
