I have 5 tasks that are finished (i.e. listed in the transfer tab) but aren't uploading e.g. E000092_761A_000h2d00v_0_0. I've tried turning off my firewall but this doesn't help. It gets to 0.48% progress then gives up.
I realize you've been moving your servers but there's no mention of this in the forum at present. Any suggestions on what is going on? Thanks |

Would you please copy/paste here the messages of your message log corresponding to the failed uploading attempts. Don't hesitate to ask if you need more advice for doing it.

Hi: I was having the same problem uploading, and after reading this post and it's reply, I went to copy the messages. But to copy all messages would have been to long, so I stopped BOINC, and then restarted it. I then tries to upload, an it worked with no problem. This is as of 1/09/09 @ 03:37 New York Time - So if you are still having this problem try this.

I realize you've been moving your servers but there's no mention of this in the forum at present. Nigel, if your problem can be fixed as simply as Mark Reiss has mentioned above, then - this is certainly the easiest fix - it had been mentioned already in Two minor problems after the move (first of them) by keithhenry. Restarting it worked fine. I usually leave the computer on all the time, so the usual reboot has resolved it.
