Change in Device Manager?

For the longest time my device manager listed 2 devices as being installed. Having read the FAQs, I understood that they could not be consolidated. This did not, however, stop me from trying - with no success. Finally, about a week ago I gave them both the same name and characteristics. praying

Still no change. sad

Then today I checked and there was only one device listed under Device Manager. laughing

The trouble is that the statistics in "My Grid" still show 2 devices installed. d oh

Does this make any sense to anyone? confused

The device has probably just rolled off the Device Manager display because it hasn't returned results recently. Change the values in the "Installed/Registered" and "Results Returned" selections to "anytime" and you will probably see both.
