Will the Human Proteome generated from the Rosetta Grid always be just a set of predicitions about possible structures from sequences?
Or will it all eventually end up as a definitive Human Proteome? Is the present Human Genome considered definitive or just a close approximation? |

These, I believe are a low resolution models, so therefore, they are approximations. However, these will be used to find out which design is the real one, and then it will be made into a high resolution model in the near future. That's all I know... correct me if I'm wrong...
