Start-up in boinc difficulties ..

Hi !
my last team-mates (WCG newcomers) downloaded the agent, are regietered within the team (BOINC Team Id: 7454) but no device is known by the system and no workload is sent for calculation.. sad

what pb can it be - how to fix ?

They need to attach BOINC to World Community Grid. The URL is www.worldcommunitygrid.org
