If your machine can't run at 100% indefinitely without overheating, you need a better fan/cooling system. I fear my laptop would overheat running like that but there's not much I can do about it since it's a laptop. All of my other machines though have no problems running fullblast 24 hours a day.


That's silly. The Mega 180 is a small form factor pc. I wouldn't expect the cooling on it to keep up with 100%cpu usage 24 hours a day, just as I wouldn't expect it to keep up on most dells. A cpu usage slider is a wonderful idea despite having a zalman cu7000 running my cpu at 38 degrees C.

If it had a slider, I could easily recommend this program to my non-techie friends and relatives, as is, I am very hesitant to do so.
