6.2.28 won't run all cores

Hello All,

When I upgraded to 28 from 19, the messages show only 1 core, and downloads 1 wu. I have unit set on 100% of multi core devices.
After much adoo I reverted back to 6.2.19 and all is well. What am I missing?
Vista Home premium, Intel Q9450

Hi NAP2614,
Do you still have the Messages log from BOINC Manager? I wonder if you had the local preferences set differently. How long did you let it run? Did it return a work unit and download just 1 replacement?

Re: 6.2.28 won't run all cores

Lawrence,
All setting were the same. I let it run out one unit and it downloaded just one.
Sorry, message log js gone. I ran the messages every time I re-installed the 28 and they read the same as the 19 except for the first 3 lines which are in red with the 19.
Processor: 4 genuine intel with the 19 and 28 said Processor 1 core.

Cheers
