----------------------------------------looks like 09/12/2008 12:01:19 AM||Processor: 1 GenuineIntel Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Duo CPU E8300 @ 2.83GHz [x86 Family 6 Model 23 Stepping 6] Some processor setting, website or local prefs changed to a value less than 100% or < 2 cores. The lesser of the 2 values is used whilst < 100% will cause only 1 processor to be utilized.

This is 6.2.19, which actually ignores the CPU count setting completely.
The override is in effect, so Hizzoner needs to change the local setting. |
