Looking to interview a WCG member

Hi,

I'm a college student working on a short documentary style project that focuses on online volunteerism. We'd like to record an interview over a videoconference regarding the world community grid and volunteering processor time. If anyone's interested, please let us know.

Hi,

Can't this be done over the phone or Voice Over IP?(VoIP) Even Yahoo Messenger support this if you have a microphone built into your notebook or something and a webcam.

I have a notebook with an HP dv9500t with a built-in 1.3MP webcam and dual stereo microphone, but I'm not interested personally.

Does video conference software offer advantages over Yahoo Messenger? There are third party programs which record Yahoo Messenger video also.

If you want to use Skype or Yahoo instant messenger for it, I'm game. You can email me by clicking on the right hand logo below that looks like a piece of paper with an envelope in front of it.

I have a high end Logitech webcam and use a USB headset with both (better quality audio. I can also set up a camcorder off to the side for additional video for your documentary if you want. Might have to ship anything from that to you on DVD, but we can iron that out if you want to use me in it.

Rbolo29, I might be using the term videoconference a bit more loosely than I should. I meant any software that can do audio/video communication. Sorry for the confusion.
