Why everytime I try to install the Boinc agent (not the WCG Boinc agent) and I get to the point where it asks me to enter my WCG username and password it tells me the password is incorrect because it is not long enough?

Hi,
----------------------------------------It's because it's not long enough. WCG increased the minimum to 6 to match that of BOINC. Yours surely is presently 5 or less at the moment. On first attempt to change your password on My Grid > My Profile will the new rule be enforced. Thus, when you make the change now, will the problem go away. ciao PS: We have an FAQ for the password and member names in the Start Here forum.
