OK. I think I did all that. The vast majority of my conputational contribution was to grid.org. I don't suppose that there is any remaining evidence of that. I had a bit of a problem at Seti. I had more than one account there as well. It will not let me use the same email address on both accounts. Oh well. We tried and probably some stats somewhere should be added to. Makes my head hurt. ![]() Edit==> Yup. Windmillman76043 is me. There is also a "Buckshot" and a few others over time that I forget. My Some-heimers is getting closer to Alzheimers ![]() RT, thank you for the time and effort to do that. We should see a smaller number of RT's over on the stats sites and the impact on points and teams should show up possibly tomorrow. |

RT, I believe that you actually don't need to do anything at BOINCStats itself. If you can still log in at the web sites for the other projects you crunched at in the past, change your email and username to match what you are using here currently. When you first create an account/attach to a project, you set your username then but use your email to log in to their website. One or both of those is what BOINCStats (and most stats sites I think) use to "connect" your accounts at different projects. Also, all the BOINC stats sites I know have your credits move with you when you change teams (unlike WCG). Once your various accounts are pulled together, you can MOT at those projects and your credits will get included in the team numbers. As for your second id here at WCG, there's nothing you can do to get it's points included in MOT's numbers here. Also, you can't change the username to match since you're already using that here. However, I do believe that if you log in to that username here and have it join MOT, WCG won't include the poiints here but, to the extent that username has BOINC credits, those would get included in MOT as the BOINC stats sites. What I can't figure out is why he is not in our BOINC team stat's at all. His points are being recorded here and he is a member of MOT but he is not in Team MOT. Or am I blind? It's probably a variation of why your Lattice credits aren't included in MOTs either. I think if you do one WU on Lattice, they will. Up until now, all your Lattice points came before MOT's being there. |

Well ......... it's been quite a morning of "Musical Shares". The buzz on the Street is that they are changing the name of the US Capitol to the US Capital. I'll be damed if I can make any money today. I think I will spend the rest of the day studying Marx and Engels. I've not read them since college. ![]() Being polite, I will refrain from what I call Sodom and Gomorrah on the Potomac. But sufficeit to say it does sound impressive in German. ![]() Ah, ladies and elegance. A pleasent combination indeed! NAH, go ahead and call a spade a spade. We'll understand. As for German,I think anything, even belching and farting, sounds more impressive in German. It takes forever. Don't have a word for what you need? Combine however many it takes to describe into a new word for it! Hmm, does that make German the COBOL of human languages? If Thai (or more correctly the language of the Thai) is anything like their names though, it'll blow German out of the water. |

They're kind of like getting Betas here though. Set up a machine to run 'em and eventually it will get one. |

Actually the credits stay at the team at Boincstats, only it doesn't show anymore if a member moves to another team. But it's still there, that's why team totals sometimes differ from the sum of all members credit. |

My Some-heimers is getting closer to Alzheimers ![]() Yeah, guessed that, but we didn't welcome you back sufficiently earlier anyway. I remember "Buckshot" -- I had another of "Lewis Carroll" back then. That's back when there was so much contention regarding CA's and a specific team that they participated with (which will remain unnamed). Say, I bet most of our members aren't aware of this distinguished World Community Grid Partner. Yes Dave(Lewis)... I see you do remember. That was a contentious time. I formed that team to get away from the controversy. Then I got crossways with the IBMer that was in charge. Anyway...history. A couple of things: 1) if anyone wants to sort out the stuff over at BOINC STATS, I will give them my password via email and they can see if they can sort it out. 2) if you guys can agree on a set of instructions for others to follow, I will turn them into a web page(s) and give them to the master of the MOT website. 3) Looks like there must be a way to claim the UD-Grid points/work..anyone know how? Thanks to everyone. Have a great day! ![]() |

I am not shown as a member of CI anymore but I have 200+K credits in their POEM totals. @Keith: I'll see if I can find a core for Lattice. Also I finally received 3 wu's for Cosmology during the night. One completed and should show in BOINCStat's in a day or so. CPDN WU Update: 978:46 hours, 42.525% complete, 1111.15 hours to go. Maybe by New Years Day? EDIT: Team MOT picked up 4 positions in BOINC Team stats. Forecast is for 79F/26C and perfect here today. Good Morning MOT!! ![]() ![]() [Edit 1 times, last edit by Dataman at Oct 15, 2008 2:58:12 PM] |

Being polite, I will refrain from what I call Sodom and Gomorrah on the Potomac. What's wrong with Sodom and Gomorrah? They are open 24 hours and there is no cover charge or two-drink minimum. Good morning Lucie. ![]() ![]() |
